Insight follows a new statistical algorithm to offer an employee a personal appraisal, and the means to plan specific paths in his development. The review is strictly personal and the assessments are anonymous.

• Identify, monitor and patch security threats
• Review and migrate the website from PHP4.2/CodeIgniter1.7 to PHP5.4/CodeIgniter2.x, adding input sanitization, cache, resources' compilation, ...
• Build a full API v.2 wrapper in PHP with cache, exceptions, OrderBy, Event API, and more... fully documented, as template for other languages.

• Analyze and critique the API v.3 specifications, and coordinate actions between different departments: sales, integration / deployment, product management, ... and recomend updates
• Work closely with the product team to enhance features and architecture of the API v.3
• Design and build a DataMapping tool in PHP 5.4 to convert calls from the functional API v.1 (PHP) to the RESTful API v.3 (FPC CGI)

Mediated Reality is an attempt to create a new business in Augmented and Virtual Reality Software and Hardware.

The first project of Mediated Reality was to create an augmented reality piece of software, based on OpenCV, for real-time image processing of a pool game and improving the experience of players with the display of many visual effects.

Above the pool table, a camera (same as a Sony PS3 Eye) feeds the computer and a video-projector with a higher light output displays information on the table. The software detects : the rails of the table for automatic adjustment of the display, the six receptacles along the rails, the billiard balls, the cues and one open hand for direct interaction with the software.

In a learning concern, the user can predict in real-time where the balls go by positioning his cue on the table, and the software can assist the user by showing best shot possible.

For show, the software can display trails of flame and explosions as the balls collide. Many graphical effects are being considered to improve the experience of players and bring new customers in the pool rooms.
